21202. Every pawnbroker shall enter at the time of the transaction, in records of loans and pledges kept by him for that purpose, the date, duration, amount, and rate of interest or charges of every loan made by him, a reasonably accurate description of the property pledged, the name and residence address of the pledgor. Every pawnbroker shall deliver to the pledgor a written copy of such entry. Such written copy need not include the name and address of the pledgor.(Amended by Stats. 1979, Ch. 1037.)
