21204. Every pawnbroker, upon redemption of a loan contract, shall provide the borrower with a receipt that correctly states in detail all of the fees, charges, and compensation paid by the borrower to the pawnbroker.(Added by Stats. 1998, Ch. 804, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1999.)
