§ 21206

21206. Every pawnbroker shall produce his or her records of loans and all pledged property, for inspection by the following persons:(a) Any officer holding a warrant authorizing him or her to search for personal property.(b) Any peace officer or employee designated by the chief of police or sheriff.(c) Any officer holding a court order directing him or her to examine such records or pledged property.(Amended by Stats. 1992, Ch. 647, Sec. 8.
