22015. 'PACE assessment' means a voluntary contractual assessment, voluntary special tax, or special tax, as described in subdivisions (a), (b), and (c) of Section 26054 of the Public Resources Code. (Added by Stats. 2017, Ch. 475, Sec. 12. (AB 1284) Effective October 4, 2017.)
