§ 22051

22051. This division does not apply to the following:(a) Any nonprofit cooperative association organized under Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 54001) of Division 20 of the Food and Agricultural Code that loans or advances money in connection with any activity mentioned in that chapter.(b) Any corporation, association, syndicate, joint stock company, or partnership engaged exclusively in the business of marketing agricultural, horticultural, viticultural, dairy, livestock, poultry, or bee products on a cooperative nonprofit basis that loans or advances money to its members or in connection with those businesses.(c) Any corporation securing money or credit from any federal intermediate credit bank organized and existing pursuant to the provisions of an act of Congress entitled 'Agricultural Credits Act of 1923' that loans or advances money or credit so secured.(d) Any corporation created pursuant to the provisions of Part 5 (commencing with Section 14000) of Division 3 of Title 1 of the Corporations Code.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 1115, Sec. 2.
