No licensee shall take any note or promise to pay that does not accurately disclose the actual amount of the loan, the time for which it is made, and the agreed rate of charge or the annual percentage rate pursuant to Regulation Z promulgated by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.(Amended by Stats. 2014, Ch. 64, Sec. 18.
