Section 22333 shall not apply to a change in terms of an open-end loan if notice is given to the borrower in accordance with subsection (c) of Section 226.9 of Regulation Z promulgated by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (12 C.F.R. 226).(Repealed and added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 1115, Sec. 2.
