22. Notwithstanding any other provision of this code, Chapter 10 (commencing with Section 10000) of Division 2 shall be known and may be cited as the Vuich-Calderon Financial Institutions Act of 1986.(Amended by Stats. 2000, Ch. 375, Sec. 8. Effective January 1, 2001.)
