177. The Interstate Civil Defense and Disaster Compact as set forth in Section 178 executed between the State of California, through its then Governor, Earl Warren, on December 10, 1951, and other states which are parties to the compact, is hereby ratified and approved.(Added by Stats. 1977, Ch. 161.)
