179.8. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Emergency Management Assistance Compact, as set forth in Section 179.5, the state shall not deploy any personnel under the compact to render aid to a party state for any conditions resulting from a labor controversy, and the state shall not receive aid from a party state for conditions resulting from a labor controversy.(Added by Stats. 2007, Ch. 414, Sec. 1.
