7923.755. (a) This division does not require disclosure of a record of the California Victim Compensation Board that relates to a request for assistance under Article 1 (commencing with Section 13950) of Chapter 5 of Part 4 of Division 3 of Title 2.(b) This section shall not apply to a disclosure of the following information, if no information is disclosed that connects the information to a specific victim, derivative victim, or applicant under Article 1 (commencing with Section 13950) of Chapter 5 of Part 4 of Division 3 of Title 2:(1) The amount of money paid to a specific provider of services.(2) Summary data concerning the types of crimes for which assistance is provided.
