§ 7923.805

Except as provided in Sections 7924.510, 7924.700, and 7929.610, this division does not require the disclosure of the home address or telephone number of any of the following individuals, as set forth in an application for a license to carry a firearm, or in a license to carry a firearm, issued by the sheriff of a county or the chief or other head of a municipal police department, pursuant to Section 26150, 26155, 26170, or 26215 of the Penal Code:(a) A prosecutor.(b) A public defender.(c) A peace officer.(d) A judge.(e) A court commissioner.(f) A magistrate.
