7928.100. (a) Except as provided in subdivision (b) and in Sections 7924.510, 7924.700, and 7929.610, this division does not require disclosure of any records that are in the custody of, or maintained by, the Legislative Counsel.(b) Subdivision (a) does not apply to records in the public database maintained by the Legislative Counsel that are described in Section 10248.
