§ 7929.000

7929.000. Except as provided in Sections 7924.510, 7924.700, and 7929.610, this division does not require disclosure of records contained in, or related to, any of the following:(a) Applications filed with any state agency responsible for the regulation or supervision of the issuance of securities or of financial institutions, including, but not limited to, banks, savings and loan associations, industrial loan companies, credit unions, and insurance companies.(b) Examination, operating, or condition reports prepared by, on behalf of, or for the use of, any state agency referred to in subdivision (a).(c) Preliminary drafts, notes, or interagency or intraagency communications prepared by, on behalf of, or for the use of, any state agency referred to in subdivision (a).(d) Information received in confidence by any state agency referred to in subdivision (a).
