7929.400. Except as provided in Sections 7924.510, 7924.700, and 7929.610, this division does not require disclosure of records of the State Compensation Insurance Fund that relate to claims pursuant to Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 3200) of Part 1 of Division 4 of the Labor Code, to the extent that confidential medical information or other individually identifiable information would be disclosed.(Added by Stats. 2021, Ch. 614, Sec. 2.
