§ 7929.415

Except as provided in Sections 7924.510, 7924.700, and 7929.610, this division does not require disclosure of records of the State Compensation Insurance Fund obtained to provide workers’ compensation insurance under Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 11770) of Part 3 of Division 2 of the Insurance Code, including, but not limited to, all of the following:(a) Any medical claims information.(b) Policyholder information, provided that this section shall not be interpreted to prevent an insurance agent or broker from obtaining proprietary information or other information authorized by law to be obtained by the agent or broker.(c) Information on rates, pricing, and claims handling received from brokers.
