Except as provided in Sections 7924.510, 7924.700, and 7929.610, and in Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 99150) of Part 65 of Division 14 of Title 3 of the Education Code, this division does not require disclosure of test questions, scoring keys, and other examination data used to administer a licensing examination, examination for employment, or academic examination.(Added by Stats. 2021, Ch. 614, Sec. 2.
