7925.005. Except as provided in Sections 7924.510, 7924.700, and 7929.610, this division does not require the disclosure of a statement of personal worth or personal financial data required by a licensing agency and filed by an applicant with the licensing agency to establish the applicant’s personal qualification for the license, certificate, or permit requested.(Added by Stats. 2021, Ch. 614, Sec. 2.
