7926.100. (a) Except as provided in subdivision (b) and in Sections 7924.510, 7924.700, and 7929.610, this division does not require the disclosure of any information that a person provides to the Secretary of State for the purpose of registration in the Advance Health Care Directive Registry.(b) The information described in subdivision (a) shall be released at the request of a health care provider, a public guardian, or the registrant’s legal representative.
