Except as provided in Sections 7924.510, 7924.700, and 7929.610, this division does not require disclosure of any of the following:(a) Records of Native American graves, cemeteries, and sacred places.(b) Records of Native American places, features, and objects described in Sections 5097.9 and 5097.993 of the Public Resources Code, which are maintained by, or in the possession of, the Native American Heritage Commission, another state agency, or a local agency.(Added by Stats. 2021, Ch. 614, Sec. 2.
