§ 7927.100

(a) Except as provided in Sections 7924.510, 7924.700, and 7929.610, this division does not require disclosure of library circulation records kept for the purpose of identifying the borrower of items available in libraries, and library and museum materials made or acquired and presented solely for reference or exhibition purposes.(b) The exemption in this section does not apply to records of fines imposed on the borrowers.(Added by Stats. 2021, Ch. 614, Sec. 2. (AB 473) Effective January 1, 2022. Operative January 1, 2023, pursuant to Sec. 7931.000.)
