§ 7927.200

Except as provided in Sections 7924.510, 7924.700, and 7929.610, this division does not require disclosure of any of the following records:(a) Records pertaining to pending litigation to which the public agency is a party, until the pending litigation has been finally adjudicated or otherwise settled.(b) Records pertaining to a claim made pursuant to Division 3.6 (commencing with Section 810), until the pending claim has been finally adjudicated or otherwise settled.(Added by Stats. 2021, Ch. 614, Sec. 2.
