821.5. A public entity or a public employee acting within the scope of his employment is not liable for failing to prohibit or restrict the time that cargo tank vehicles required to display flammable liquid placards may travel through a tunnel.(Added by Stats. 1982, Ch. 1255, Sec. 1.)
