905.3. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, no claim shall be submitted by a local agency or school district, nor shall a claim be considered by the Department of General Services pursuant to Section 905.2, if that claim is eligible for consideration by the Commission on State Mandates pursuant to Article 1 (commencing with Section 17550) of Chapter 4 of Part 7 of Division 4 of Title 2.(Amended by Stats. 2016, Ch. 31, Sec. 36.
