920.2. Promptly following the effective date of an omnibus claim appropriation, the board or its secretary shall submit to the Controller a claim covering the full amount of the appropriation made in the omnibus claim appropriation. Any such claim is exempt from the provisions of Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 925) of this part, and the board shall have those powers necessary to administer and disburse the omnibus claim appropriation.(Added by Stats. 1963, Ch. 1715.)
