975.4. Notice of the hearing shall be given by publication of a copy of the resolution pursuant to Section 6066 in a newspaper of general circulation circulated within the local taxing entity. If there is no such newspaper, the resolution shall be posted in three public places in the local taxing entity for two succeeding weeks.
