1028.2. Sections 1027.5, 1028.1, and 1028, added by Chapter 1418 of the Statutes of 1947, are not applicable to school district employees. It is the intent of the Legislature that the Education Code shall apply to such employees.(Added by Stats. 1955, Ch. 84.)
