1239. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 1236, the Joint Legislative Audit Committee, may, by majority vote, grant a waiver to any agency that petitions the committee from compliance with any standard prescribed in Section 1236.(Added by Stats. 1982, Ch. 101, Sec. 4.)
