The state employer shall allow a reasonable number of supervisory public employee representatives of verified supervisory employee organizations reasonable time off without loss of compensation or other benefits when meeting and conferring with representatives of the state employer on matters within the scope of representation for supervisory employees.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 1522, Sec. 17.)
