Notwithstanding Article 3.5 (commencing with Section 9070) of Chapter 1.5 of Part 1 of Division 2 of Title 2, or any other law, the employer is not required to disclose legislative records related to activities governed by this chapter, that reveal the employer’s deliberative processes, impressions, evaluations, opinions, recommendations, meeting minutes, research, work product, theories, or strategy, or that provide instruction, advice, or training to employees who do not have full collective bargaining and representation rights under this chapter.(Added by Stats. 2023, Ch. 313, Sec. 1.
