§ 3566

The Trustees of the California State University shall adopt reasonable rules and regulations for all of the following:(a) Registering employee organizations, as defined in Section 3562, and bona fide associations, as defined in Section 1150.(b) Determining the status of organizations and associations as employee organizations or bona fide associations.(c) Identifying the officers and representatives who officially represent employee organizations and bona fide associations.(Amended by Stats. 1999, Ch. 971, Sec. 3.
