1360. Unless otherwise provided, following any election or appointment and before any officer enters on the duties of his or her office, he or she shall take and subscribe the oath or affirmation set forth in Section 3 of Article XX of the Constitution of California.(Amended by Stats. 2017, Ch. 387, Sec. 2.
