1457. Unless otherwise provided, the official bonds of officers of a county and judicial district shall be approved by the presiding judge of the superior court, recorded in the office of the county recorder, and then filed in the county clerk’s office.(Amended by Stats. 1983, Ch. 464, Sec. 1.7.)
