1531. The sureties on the bonds of all officers of a county or judicial district named in Section 1458 shall first be approved by the presiding judge of the superior court as is provided for the approval of the bond of their principals, before their principals’ bonds may be recorded and filed.(Amended by Stats. 1983, Ch. 464, Sec. 3.)
