1652. No premium or charge paid by the state, a county, city, or district shall exceed one-half of 1 percent per annum on the amount of the bond, but a minimum premium or charge of twenty-five dollars ($25) per annum may be imposed.(Amended by Stats. 1972, Ch. 1384.)
