4300. As used in this article:(a) 'United States' means the United States of America, and includes any Territory or insular possession of the United States.(b) 'Produced' includes mined and manufactured.(c) 'Materials' includes articles and supplies.(Enacted by Stats. 1943, Ch. 134.)
