§ 5304

5304. If any officer or deputy whose signature, countersignature or attestation appears on bonds or coupons ceases to be such officer or deputy before delivery of the bonds, his signature, countersignature or attestation appearing either on the bonds or coupons or both is valid and sufficient for all purposes to the same extent as if he had remained in office until the delivery of the bonds.(Added by Stats. 1970, Ch. 609.)
