When a building contains special toilet facilities usable by a person in a wheelchair or otherwise handicapped, a sign indicating the location of such facilities shall be posted in the building directory, in the main lobby, or at any entrance specially used by handicapped persons.(Added by Stats. 1968, Ch. 937.)
