7260.7. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, in furtherance of the goal set forth in paragraph (3) of subdivision (c) of Section 7260.5, nonprofit facilities subsidized pursuant to any federal or state program for the benefit of low-income tenants that restrict rent increases based on operating cost increases, and that also receive state funds for renovation and rehabilitation involving the temporary relocation of those tenants, shall be exempt from any restrictions on rents imposed pursuant to this chapter.(Added by Stats. 1992, Ch. 1022, Sec. 1.
