7267.8. (a) All public entities shall adopt rules and regulations to implement payments and to administer relocation assistance under this chapter. These rules and regulations shall be in accordance with the rules and regulations adopted by the Department of Housing and Community Development.(b) Notwithstanding subdivision (a), with respect to a federally funded project, a public entity shall make relocation assistance payments and provide relocation advisory assistance as required under federal law.(Amended by Stats. 1989, Ch. 828, Sec. 12.)
