If under any other provision of law of this state the owner or occupant of real property acquired by a public entity for public use is given greater protection than is provided by Sections 7265.3 to 7267.8, inclusive, the public entity shall also comply with such other provision of law.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1971, Ch. 1574.)
