7273. Funds received pursuant to Sections 2106 and 2107 of the Streets and Highways Code may be expended by any city to provide relocation advisory assistance, and to make relocation assistance payments, to displaced persons displaced because of the construction of city highways or streets.(Amended by Stats. 1972, Ch. 278.)
