7527. Every letter to any person from a state agency shall be signed by, or contain the name of, the writer, authorized representative, or contact person familiar with the subject area. In the case of computer-generated letters, a telephone number and an address where a person familiar with the subject area may be contacted shall be given.(Added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 511, Sec. 1.)
