The provision of special education programs and related services for disabled children and youth residing in state hospitals shall be ensured by the State Department of Developmental Services, the State Department of State Hospitals, and the Superintendent of Public Instruction in accordance with Chapter 8 (commencing with Section 56850) of Part 30 of the Education Code.(Amended by Stats. 2012, Ch. 440, Sec. 8.
