7582. Assessments and therapy treatment services provided under programs of the State Department of Health Care Services, or its designated local agencies, rendered to a child referred by a local education agency for an assessment or a disabled child or youth with an individualized education program, shall be exempt from financial eligibility standards and family repayment requirements for these services when rendered pursuant to this chapter.(Added by Stats. 2012, Ch. 28, Sec. 2.
