7591.5. The Secretary of Trade and Commerce shall remove any lien placed in connection with a loan authorized pursuant to Section 7591 by January 1, 1999. In requiring the removal of the lien placed on property owned by the United States Olympic Committee, the Legislature does not intend to relieve the San Diego National Sports Training Foundation from its obligation to repay the loan made pursuant to Section 7591.(Added by Stats. 1998, Ch. 328, Sec. 11.
