6599.21. The authority may only cover risks to the extent that liability on any one occurrence exceeds one million dollars ($1,000,000), and may not provide coverage for any amount of liability on any one occurrence which exceeds twenty-five million dollars ($25,000,000).(Added by Stats. 1986, Ch. 1327, Sec. 1.)
