6523.5. Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, a private, nonprofit hospital in the County of Contra Costa may enter into a joint powers agreement with a public agency, as defined in Section 6500.(Amended by Stats. 2000, Ch. 506, Sec. 9. Effective January 1, 2001.)
