§ 6536

6536. Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, a private, nonprofit corporation that conducts fairs and other events and exhibitions on land leased from the County of Los Angeles may enter into a joint powers agreement with a public agency, as defined in Section 6500, for mutually beneficial uses of the public land. The agency formed pursuant to this joint powers agreement shall be deemed a public entity as described in Section 6507.(Added by Stats. 2005, Ch. 122, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2006.)
