6541. 'Bondholder' or 'holder of bonds' or any similar term, as used in this article, shall mean any person who shall be the bearer of any outstanding revenue bond or the owner of bonds which shall at the time be registered to other than to bearer.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1955, Ch. 329.)
